Construction began in mid-2026 and is expected to continue until approximately mid-2027, although the timeline may be subject to change. During daytime hours, guests may experience construction noise, machinery activity, the presence of workers, and additional dust. As the neighbouring structure rises, workers may also be visible from certain parts of the property and may have sightlines into some outdoor areas.

Privacy screening is being installed and adjusted, however, full privacy across all outdoor areas cannot be guaranteed during construction hours. Additional housekeeping support may be requested during the stay at no extra charge if construction dust becomes noticeable inside the property. The rates have been significantly adjusted to reflect these conditions.

The property may be most suitable for guests who expect to spend most of the daytime exploring Bali and enjoy the property during quieter periods. All events (where occupancy exceeds 1.5 times the sleeping capacity) requires prior approval by the Management at least 6 weeks prior to your arrival and a professional Event Organiser must be appointed for the event.
