The residence accommodates up to eight (8) guests and includes one complimentary off-site parking space. It is conveniently located in the center of Ito City, approximately a five-minute walk from Ito Orange Beach.

The balcony features a Japanese stone garden made with Izu volcanic rock and outdoor sofa seating. Several natural hot spring bathhouses with free-flowing hot spring water are located within a five-minute walk.

Nearby attractions include Mount Omuro (approximately 18 minutes by car), Jogasaki Coast Suspension Bridge (approximately 18 minutes by car), and Mount Komuro (approximately 10 minutes by car).Important PoliciesUnauthorized late check-out will incur additional charges every 15 minutes. Guests will be charged for repair costs, replacement costs, and loss of business compensation in the event of damage or excessive soiling. Seasonings are not provided and must be brought by guests.

Cancellation fees are not waived due to states of emergency and apply unless public transportation is completely suspended and travel is physically impossible. A security camera is installed outside the entrance. The building has three floors and no elevator.
