Reservations & Customer Service Specialist

Istanbul (On-site) · Full-time

We are looking for a team member to support customers over phone, e-mail and live chat across flight, hotel, tour and visa bookings, and follow reservations end to end.

Responsibilities

  • Handling incoming reservation requests and following the process through
  • Responding to customer questions via phone, e-mail and WhatsApp
  • Managing booking changes and cancellations
  • Tracking payments and communicating booking confirmations to customers

Requirements

  • Preferably 1+ years of experience in travel/reservations
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable with MS Office and everyday digital tools
  • English proficiency is a plus

Tour Operations Specialist

Istanbul (On-site) · Full-time

We are looking for a Tour Operations Specialist to design tour programs, coordinate pricing and allotment with suppliers, and keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing tour programs and pricing
  • Coordinating with suppliers (hotels, transport, guides) and tracking allotment
  • Operational follow-up of ongoing tours and communication with the field
  • Keeping price and allotment updates in the system current

Requirements

  • Preferably 2+ years of experience in tour operations
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers
  • Flexibility to work around travel schedules
