TERMS OF USE

By using the marinaturizm.com website (the "Site"), operated by Marina Turizm Bilişim Tercümanlık Hizmetleri LTD. ŞTİ. ("Marina Turizm", "we"), you agree to the following terms of use. These terms cover general use of the Site, independently of our Privacy Policy (which explains how your data is processed) and our Distance Sales Agreement (which governs bookings).

1. Purpose of the Site

The Site is provided for the promotion, comparison, and booking of tour, flight, hotel, transfer, and visa consultancy services. Content on the Site is for informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer.

2. Accuracy of Information and Disclaimer

• Prices, availability, tour content, and visa document checklists published on the Site are current as of their publication date but may be subject to change by third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, consulates, etc.). Marina Turizm is not liable for discrepancies arising from such third-party changes.
• Consulates and public authorities may change visa application requirements and fees without prior notice; Marina Turizm is not responsible for any delay in tracking or reflecting such changes on the Site.
• Images of tours/hotels/flights on the Site may be illustrative and may differ slightly from the actual service.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, logos, text, images, design, and software on the Site belong to Marina Turizm or its licensors and are protected under copyright law. Reproducing, distributing, or commercially using this content without Marina Turizm's prior written consent is prohibited.

4. User Obligations

When using the Site, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information, refrain from actions that disrupt or overload the Site's operation, and avoid conduct that violates applicable law.

5. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to, or components using, third-party services such as WhatsApp, Google Maps, and Sign in with Google. These services are governed by their own terms of use and privacy policies; Marina Turizm is not responsible for their content or operation.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and execution offices of İstanbul have jurisdiction over any disputes.

8. Changes

Marina Turizm may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The current text takes effect as soon as it is published.
