Visa Consultancy Service Agreement

VISA CONSULTANCY SERVICE AGREEMENT AND DISCLAIMER

This document governs the service relationship between Marina Turizm Bilişim Tercümanlık Hizmetleri LTD. ŞTİ. ("Marina Vize" or the "Company") and customers ("Customer") who use its visa consultancy services. Any Customer who uses Marina Vize's visa consultancy services is deemed to have accepted the terms of this agreement.

1. Scope of Service and Disclaimer

Marina Vize provides professional consultancy and manages the document/file process only during a visa application. The final approval or rejection decision always rests exclusively with the relevant country's consulate or competent authority.

• No Guarantee: Marina Vize does not guarantee approval of any visa application in any way. The Company's service consists of properly preparing and submitting the application; the Company has no control over, or influence on, the outcome of the application.
• Currency of Information: Visa document checklists, requirements, and process information published on our website are for informational purposes only. The relevant consulates and authorities reserve the right to change rules and requirements without prior notice. Marina Vize cannot be held responsible for such changes or their effect on the application process.
• Marina Vize is not authorized to request the reasoning behind a visa refusal from a consulate, nor to change such a decision.

2. Cancellation and Refund Terms

In the event of a visa refusal or the Customer withdrawing from the application, refunds are subject to the following:

• Third-party costs are non-refundable: Consulate fees, visa application/ biometric center processing fees (VFS, iDATA, etc.), and mandatory travel health insurance — all amounts paid directly to third parties (the consulate, application center, or insurer) — are non-refundable in the event of a visa refusal or withdrawal. These amounts are paid to the relevant third party, not to Marina Vize.
• Consultancy/Service Fee: Marina Vize's consultancy/service fee becomes non-refundable as soon as a consulate or application center appointment has been booked on the Customer's behalf. For services cancelled at the Customer's request before an appointment is booked, the remaining amount is refunded after deducting for work actually performed and expenses actually incurred up to that point.
• A visa application being refused by the consulate or competent authority does not entitle the Customer to a refund of the Consultancy/Service Fee, as the Company has fulfilled its consultancy and document management obligations.

3. Processing of Personal Data

Identity, contact, travel, and — where applicable — special category personal data (health information, criminal record, etc.) shared with Marina Vize as part of a visa application are processed solely for the purpose of conducting the application, with the Customer's explicit consent where required, and are transferred to relevant authorities such as the consulate or application center. 4. Effect and Acceptance

Any Customer who uses Marina Vize's visa consultancy services, requests an appointment, or shares documents/information is deemed to have read and accepted the terms of this agreement.

5. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from this agreement fall under the jurisdiction of the İstanbul Consumer Arbitration Committees (within applicable monetary limits) or the İstanbul Consumer Courts (beyond those limits).

6. Changes

Marina Vize may amend this agreement from time to time. The current text takes effect as soon as it is published.
